i bought this watch specifically to take to new zealand
in january 2004.
i knew we'd be trekking and hiking, so i wanted a watch with some special
features.
this one has a compass, a thermometer, a pressure gauge and an altimeter.
the altimeter is cool, but it works by measuring variations in pressure, which
isn't perfect.
i still use it now, as an alarm clock.
