bang on a can - royal festival hall

another trip with pete
today, i got some new tyres fitted to my 205xs
they've since closed down
and my little 205 has gone to the scrapheap in the sky ( see crash report for full story )
i drive down to pete and nicola's
trying to notice any difference in my car's behaviour
i suspect it has a more "direct response"
pete drives us on
we stop at nicola's mum and dad's
not sure why
we drive on
into london
park the car
look round some shops
have an italian meal
pesto pasta
then drive on to the south bank
parked underground
seated in hall
labradford are on first
cool
followed by bang on a can's live version of music for airports by brian eno
it's very good
and we get to see the man himself
a bald man stands up in a box to take some applause
when we get back to pete and nicola's
we watch boogie nights
very good
